THE AUDIT
Measuring what is in place
at each stage of the Lifecycle.
THE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE AUDIT
The School Experience Audit is a tool, designed by [YELLOW CAR] to give insights into the extent to which you are intentionally designing the experience at different stages of the Lifecycle of School Experience.
It is not an exhaustive or analytical tool, but may offer broader insight and encourage new data-informed conversations within the school. It can also be the basis for future strategic planning, particularly in the field of school Advancement (Marketing, Admissions, Communications, Development & Alumni Relations).
What are the deliverables?
-
A comprehensive School Experience Audit Report.
-
A 1-hour feedback and discussion workshop for all Audit participants.
What are the success indicators?
-
You have a clear overview of what is already in place when it comes to how you are intentionally designing the experience of school for your families.
-
You can identify levels of alignment across different teams at the school.
-
You begin a conversation about the importance of this work for the future strategy of the school.
